14 Apr/2026 Notice of Product Supply Restrictions and Price Revisions

Dear Valued Customers,

We would like to express our sincere appreciation for your continued support.

As previously reported, the closure of the Strait of Hormuz has resulted in ongoing tightness in the procurement of raw materials and related components, as well as significant increases in logistics and energy costs.

Despite our continued efforts to maintain a stable supply, we are facing considerable challenges in sustaining our manufacturing and supply operations across all product lines due to difficulties in procuring not only primary raw materials but also auxiliary materials, along with transportation delays and a sharp rise in energy costs.

Under these circumstances, and as these challenges have exceeded the limits of our internal mitigation efforts, we regret to inform you that, effective from April 2026, we will implement supply restrictions on certain products and revise our product pricing as outlined below.

We kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation in light of these circumstances.

Effective Timing: To be implemented sequentially from April 2026

Product Supply Restrictions and Delivery Adjustments:

Due to unstable supply conditions of raw materials and auxiliary materials, we may not be able to meet requested quantities and delivery schedules.

Notes:

Product shortages and significant delivery delays may occur

Price Revisions:

Ongoing increases in raw material, logistics, and energy costs have exceeded our capacity for internal absorption.
Accordingly, we will revise prices across all products to reflect these cost increases.

Outlook:
The situation remains highly uncertain, and depending on how the situation evolves, the scope of components affected by supply disruptions may expand further.
